Concert Dress Code
Students, please read the dress code. It is important that we look as good as we sound. You will need to adhere to this Black and White dress code for the December and May concerts.
Other Ensemble Attire
Pep Band: blue jeans and school provided t-shirt
Jazz Band: black and white
Students are required to be at ALL performances. Band is a performance based class that uses performances as grades. As a band we rehearse everyday to achieve a high standard of performance. There will occasionally be a conflict with the Jr. High Basketball and Cheering team being away for a game, and that will be considered an excused absence. However, if the teams get back early enough to play at these varsity games, the students are expected to report to the band and play their instruments. All other absences will be considered at the discretion of the director on a case-by-case situation. Students and parents are responsible for finding transportation to HHS for ALL performances.

Always strive to be your best! If you have problems with any of your music, that is the first indicator that you need to practice the part.
